SmartKick provides AI-powered football match predictions and analysis for entertainment and informational purposes. Our Service includes:

• Match predictions and confidence scores
• Statistical analysis and AI reasoning
• VIP exclusive picks and accumulators
• Daily digest emails for VIP members

4. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using SmartKick, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who are found to be underage.

5. Account Registration

When you create an account, you agree to:

Pricing

• Pro Membership: £19.99 per month
• VIP Membership: £29.99 per month (full VIP access)

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly and will automatically renew unless cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile settings.

Refunds

Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are generally not provided once you have accessed premium features. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI algorithms
• Scrape or collect data from the Service without permission
• Distribute our predictions commercially without authorization
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

All content on SmartKick, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, AI predictions, and software, is the property of SmartKick and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartKick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any betting or gambling decisions based on our predictions
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Any third-party conduct on the Service

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SmartKick and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
